Small-group training with a former pro, with cryotherapy and hyperbaric recovery built into the program. Every position — point guards are his specialty. It starts with an evaluation.
The proof
“Training with Evan has not only elevated my game physically but also, more importantly, elevated the way I approach the game mentally. He pushes my limits by intentionally challenging parts of my game that are outside of my comfort zone. If you want a coach that will guide you to the next level he's your guy.”
John PetrucelliProfessional — Italy
“Evan has been one of my go-to trainers for off-season workouts throughout my entire career. His expertise, dedication, and tailored training programs have played a significant role in enhancing my performance on the court. Evan's deep knowledge of basketball skills and strength training makes him an invaluable asset for anyone looking to excel in the sport.”

The difference
Admission is earned. The evaluation measures three things: the level — organized basketball and real fundamentals; this is not a beginner program. The readiness — a player who can be coached, corrected, and pushed. The commitment — showing up, and doing the work between sessions. If the level isn't there yet, the player still leaves with an honest written assessment of where they stand and what to work on. No hard feelings, and no sales pitch.
Training happens where the work is — gyms across Queens and Long Island, Evan's own court, other trainers' places. You meet him where the session is.
The program
For accepted players, one program with everything in it — counted plainly, nothing sold separately:
Small-group training — up to 12 athletes, 60 minutes: point-guard skills and performance training, the eMVP curriculum. Every session is recorded.
Film & IQ session — the week's recorded training sessions, broken down with Evan: film study and decision-making, built into every week.
One-on-one with Evan — a full hour on the player's own plan.
Whole-body cryotherapy — up to 8 sessions a month, included, at North Shore Medical.
Hyperbaric oxygen — one session a week, included, at North Shore Medical.
Progress check — measured against the player's written plan, every month.
$795 a month, month to month.
Evaluation: $149 — credited toward your first month if you are accepted and start within 14 days.
Apply for an EvaluationThe recovery is a regimen, not a bonus: cryotherapy after training days, hyperbaric once a week. It lives at North Shore Medical in Douglaston: the cryotherapy and hyperbaric sessions happen there, and that is where the doctors are.
Training and machine recovery are included as counted above. Medical care — doctor visits, imaging, treatment — is provided and billed by North Shore Medical. Get hurt, and the doctors are already in the building.
